Moley: Privacy Policy

Moley: Heal Your Heart · effective 7 October 2026

In short: Moley collects nothing. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. Everything you do in Moley stays on your own phone.

What stays on your phone

Your progress (your lantern, the rooms you've woken, your affirmation counts), the messages you write on the Texting Tree, the moments you write down in the Realm of Diamonds, and your settings are saved only in the app's storage on your device. They are never uploaded, shared or seen by us or anyone else.

The microphone (optional)

In the Magic Mirror you can choose "count by listening", so Moley can count your affirmations as you say them out loud. If you turn it on, the app listens only for the sound of your voice to count each repetition. It does not understand words, and nothing is recorded, stored or sent anywhere. You can say no, or switch it off at any time in your phone's settings. Moley works fully without it.

No third parties

Moley contains no analytics tools, no advertising, no social-media trackers and no third-party services that receive information about you. The app does not need an internet connection.

Links that leave the app

Settings contains a link to findahelpline.com, an independent directory of crisis helplines, and to this page. If you open them, they open in your web browser and are covered by those websites' own policies.

Deleting your data

Because everything lives on your phone, deleting the Moley app deletes all of it.

Children

Moley is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
